I was pleasantly surprised by this book. I didn't know what to expect as this was my first Cara McKenna book and some times my tastes don't match up with what people recommend, but this was gooooood, one of the best pieces of erotica I've read actually. I wanted to punch Caroly in the throat at first, but after the first few pages she starts to really open up and becomes a hugely likable character. Not the 30 year old virgin portion, but the whole fear of rejection and general uncertainty in life. Didire was great. Sexy, believably masculine, but sensitive in the best possible ways. I wasn't sure how it was going to end considering the complex emotional issues he's dealing with, but the end was exactly what I wanted.Very hot, very sweet with just enough past angst to give your heart a little tuggy tug. I would differently recommend this.
